Project as part of TAMA 38 program to strengthen buildings against earthquakes. 

Residents are evicted during construction and return to a renovated building with completely replaced water supply and sewerage systems, electricity and communications, air conditioning.

Expected date of obtaining building permit and start of construction is 2026.

Project ends 2028.
