Development Approval Stage. Securing construction permits, managing communications with local and national authorities.

Construction documents. Complete set of architectural drawings (site plan, floor plans, sections, details, etc.), plumbing, air conditioning, lighting, and interior design. Coordinating specialized consultants, preparing tender documentation.

Construction stage. Project oversight to incl. quality control, work schedule compliance, budget optimization.
