HERZLIYA PITUAH

Contemporary House

Modernist residence nested in an evergreen Israeli landscape. Ventilated façade featuring reinforced concrete baguettes with black paint content ranging from 0.25% to 2%. Lot abuts expansive public grounds, powerfully enhancing the property’s sense of space. The triangular roof, constructed in strict accordance with municipal regulations, further augments the property’s expansive feel, and affords appealing sloped ceilings to the bedrooms. Channel glass on the ground floor creates a pleasing diffused light indoors by day and a breathtaking exterior glow by night.
