Residential Building

Situated in the heart of Tel Aviv’s historic and gentrifying “Ha-Tikva” neighborhood, the project at once preserves and enhances the traditional fabric of its surroundings, its use of concrete fostering an already iconic presence. The project likewise expands traditional urban design philosophies, its small plot and the need to adhere to strict urban design standards leading to the creative construction of 4 residential units in a former duplex. 

Project ends: 2021.
