TEL-AVIV
Development Project
Project Developer, Designer.
Project executed within the framework of Israel’s pioneering TAMA 38 urban redevelopment and disaster fortification policy, which in this case permits adding up to 5 apartments to modernized structures. The renovation affords existing apartments expanded space, new windows and modern metal framing, and bomb shelters. Owners also have the option of purchasing a total repair and redevelopment package, which 10 out of 11 owners indeed obtained. The building’s modernization will entail adding to it a lobby, bicycle storage space and a lift. In keeping with Tel Aviv’s architectural design tradition, the facade will be refreshed with scratched plaster.
Project finished.
Design in collaboration with Ani&Tomer Architects
