Three story restaurant in Tel Aviv, designed as cosmopolitan gathering space. All floors feature dining and event space, with the ground floor encircled by adjustable mirror installations and the rooftop offering seasonal al fresco dining. Project involved complete overhaul of historic Tel Aviv structure. Kitchen producing fusion haute Russian and Mediterranean cuisine, built from scratch in meticulous accordance with all Health Ministry codes. Project helmed by famed restaurateur Dimitry “Mitya” Borisov, and celebrity architect Alexander Brodsky, who personally crafted the ground floor's winter garden.
